At this time, Coolers, Cargo, and Bags are sold through YETI RESCUES™, size and color are based on availability. These products are fully functional and sold in three quality tiers, as outlined in our Condition Guide.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to all 50 States in the USA, excluding APO/FPO Addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

All orders ship via UPS and can also be tracked using the link in your shipping confirmation email. When your order arrives, open the package to ensure you have received all the items. For any missing items, please contact us immediately.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All YETI RESCUES™ sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and a great customer experience. If you don't receive your purchase, please contact us immediately.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can make changes to your order up until your payment is processed. Once your YETI RESCUES™ order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.

CAN I REDEEM A YETI GIFT CARD ON YETI RESCUES™?

No. YETI gift cards are available for redemption on YETI.com only.
